Who & How I help

The simple answer to who I can help is… anyone.  Everyone has a right to help and support to give them the opportunity to live their best life.

By using a series of open and honest sessions – see The PVO Process – we can identify your problems and agree the best course of action to deliver the best solutions for you.

Examples of the type of people I will help include:

• People with a chronic illness or a terminal illness.

• People who have been indirectly affected by traumatic or life changing effects.

• People who are seeking better relationships with themselves and others.

• People who are simply seeking a fresh outlook or goal in life.

But my process and way of working can be applied for the benefit of anyone seeking to live a more positive and fulfilling life.

The goal is simply to provide you with a better mental model to help to achieve the best version of yourself. And who wouldn’t want to achieve that?

How I help you to move forward

Maybe you are feeling anger, frustration, despair and even devastation… but how do you move forward?

I support and assist you in finding clarity and direction, give your life a new outlook and approach, and refine and reinforce aspects based on what defines you. I help you to get clear about what you want, what matters most, what drives you, what makes you happiest and feeling alive.

I aim to help you understand yourself and your emotions, to focus on your own self-awareness, to utilise perspective to create a positive from a negative and to break free.

Together, we’ll work out what direction you want to take your life, what your new life would look like… and make a clear plan to get you there.

My style of coaching is based on my own experience of six years of psychotherapy. It combines a logic both from a behavioural and constructive therapy-supported understanding, alongside a profound depth of knowledge about the cancer journey, what I’ve had to deal with, learn and understand.

Coaching sessions with me are motivating, supportive and (hopefully) inspiring.

I focus on supporting and aiding a positive outlook, so you can…

  • Live life well – remind yourself what it is to live and what makes you happy. Do one thing a day that’s for you, that makes you smile, that makes you feel ALIVE.

  • Remove resentment and negativity from your life – live with positivity and happiness.

  • Utilise self-awareness and perspective to keep focus on what is important and where you sit in the bigger picture.

  • Remove anger, frustration and sadness.
