It focuses on what it is that makes you the best version of yourself. Through a series of sessions we will work together to achieve this. I understand how to talk to you straight, in a safe and confidential environment, to offer tailored solutions to your needs.  The process of creating a solution to a problem can be tricky, but the Double Diamond model is an excellent roadmap to do so.

Explaining the process that helps you to live your best life…

To provide you with a better mental model for yourself PVO uses the ‘Double Diamond’ approach.

This is a process that takes you on a journey from a PROBLEM to a SOLUTION.

To break it down, the PVO ‘Double Diamond’ Process works like this:

  • The key that unlocks the path of personal happiness for any person is to understand and address your problems. To kickstart that process we get an insight into the problem, and its variables, so we can work towards discussing and researching the best solution.

  • I work closely with clients to fully focus on your problems. This further ‘scope down’ process helps to define the problem, so we can then work on a solution for you. This also helps to decide exactly what we implement for you and how we’re going to do it.

  • After defining the problem we’ll examine potential solutions. This is the process of the making of the solution to the problem/s that we defined during the first two stages. The idea is to problem solve so that the best possible solutions are worked towards.

  • One of the final stages of the process is to validate the solutions so that we are able to deliver the best solution for you. It also gives us a chance to ensure there are no outstanding issues that haven’t been dealt with. Once those variables have been discussed we then reach an agreed solution to work on.

It’s important to note that this is not an entirely linear process and that, sometimes, you might have to go back to an earlier stage in order to reach the best possible solution.

In any case, it’s a fully collaborative process that’s designed to be constructive, supportive, friendly and open.

It’s not a question of providing you with a ‘fix’ – it’s about helping you with guiding principles that will stand you in good stead.

This will be achieved through a better understanding of who you are via the process.
