It’s OK for me to explain what PVO can offer you to help you to live your best life, but to help to prove if it actually works it’s better to hear it from those people who have already benefitted.

Please take a look below at what some of my clients have said about their experiences working with Positive Vibes Only…

Gavin O’Donnague (Head of Wealth & Asset Management at Carpenter Farraday)

“I’ve known Mark for over 15 years and in that time, we’ve become great friends. We’ve experienced so much together and I’ve witnessed first-hand how he’s dealt with his own life-threatening cancer prognosis, with amazing strength, positivity and resilience. I have leant on him heavily through my own cancer journey, which started three years ago and especially now as I’m battling stage 4 cancer. It’s of great comfort to me to be able to speak to someone who has been through what I’m going through, has experienced the range of emotions, but importantly whose mental resilience knows no bounds and who inspires me time and again, to be the best version of myself. He picks me up when I have wobbles and is someone I can discuss anything about my life with, where I know it will always be with empathy and wisdom. His warmth, positive energy and counsel have been invaluable throughout our friendship pre-cancer, but we have only become stronger together in recent years. I’m not sure what the definition of a “life coach” is, but I can tell you that I continue to learn, grow and be inspired by him. Simply, my life is much richer for having Mark in it.”

Kate

“When I got diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 40 with two young girls I was completely overwhelmed. Mark provided so much support to me both emotional and practical on how to navigate the cancer journey. He listened to me talk about all of my fears and shared coping mechanisms which made a huge difference, made me aware of organisations that could provide support, and talked about all aspects of treatment. He also supported me on how to manage difficult questions from other people and in the approach that I wanted to take. We covered everything from support groups with others on the same journey, to how to talk to people at work, to complimentary therapies and diet, and everything in between. It was an absolute lifeline at a very difficult period of my life and Mark has continued to provide support. Mark is a truly inspirational person, is kind, funny, supportive and has been a huge help for me on this journey.”

Calum Clark (Former Saracens, Northampton and England Rugby Union star)

“My work with Mark took place throughout an incredibly turbulent and difficult period of my life. From a professional point of view, he is reliable and consistent, which provided me with some much-needed stability. In addition, his relational skills really are second to none. His innate ability to make people feel seen, heard and valued, just as they are, provided me with the much-needed forum in which to work through my issues and ultimately find the resources and strength to get back on my feet and move forward in my life. His ability to inspire hope, optimism and positive energy in others is a rare gift and shows in the way he approaches his own life and the challenging path he has had to walk. Finally, Mark is an incredible person. His kindness, humour, openness and outlook on life lift those around him. I am incredibly grateful to have had the privilege to work with him and would recommend his services to anyone looking to move forward into a better and brighter future for themselves.”

Kimberley Wilks (teaching assistant)

“Having suffered from anxiety and depression for many years, I needed to learn new coping strategies to prevent me making the same mistakes over and over. Mark’s approach focused on empowering me with effective tools for managing my depressive episodes. He has enabled me to take back control of my emotions and, ultimately, think more positively. Mark is open, approachable, non-judgmental and very astute. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

John

“When I was first introduced to Mark I had been struggling with a combination of anxiety and depression for more years than I can remember. I immediately felt as though I was with someone who had a different aura about him. We talked… a lot... but in a different way. I had seen therapists previously that had always seemed to want to dig into my past, to find the cause of my issues and unpick things from there. For whatever reason, that never worked for me. Mark recognised that I needed to look at things differently. His approach with me was to talk much more in the ‘present’. He shared with me his story and his cancer diagnosis and how he had decided to adopt a ‘Positive Vibes Only’ approach to his life. It blew me away and we talked more about how that was working for him and how I could use that mentality to overcome my own challenges. He has taught me a lot about how to cope with situations in the here and now but also how to change my overall outlook. Put simply, he has changed my life. I owe him a lot.”
